Knowledge, Skill, Passion.... We set the standard.

in home medical care

MPI Home Care has been owned and operated by Registered Nurses since 1988. We have a professional team that is qualified and highly respected throughout the communities we serve.

Our Company

Mission
MPI Home Care will provide compassionate and cost effective care using the highest possible standards of excellence, providing peace of mind to our clients and their families. MPI’s valued employees will have the knowledge, skill, and passion to deliver care that enables our clients to live with dignity and with as much independence as their condition permits.

Vision
MPI Home Care will be the most recognizable name in home care for its excellence in providing all levels of home care.

Operating Principles
• Conduct and manage our business ethically
• Commit to continuous improvement
• Foster an environment conducive to maintaining open communication
• Recruit, develop, reward and support achievement oriented individuals who demonstrate high levels of performance
• Encourage initiative, creativity, responsibility and a sense of urgency in each staff member

Our Qualified Team

Our business is people, both clients and our care staff. As in any company, we have people who issue orders and people who execute orders. But, the “real bosses” are you, our client. We count on our staff to make a good impression to you. That is why we insist on professionalism…clean uniforms, good manners, and courteous language to show respect to our clients and promote a professional image as a company to both you, and the public at large, at all times. In order to function effectively, we must have solid policies and be consistent with our actions, to provide fair and impartial treatment for all.

Our growth and reputation depend on our staff and the care they provide. We strive to assure that our health care providers have the ability and knowledge to give our clients the best care available. Our healthcare professionals are required to enroll in continuing education courses and complete a state specified amount of hours in order to renew their licenses.
Our Caregivers are offered ongoing training at Charter Health Care Training Center, our affiliated source for education, to meet our clients’ specific needs.
